Welcome to Florara! This lightweight habit-building app is designed for users of all ages and is suitable for the App Store 4+ age rating. It contains no advertising, social features, or inappropriate content. Florara focuses on helping users record everyday habits and stay consistent. This manual explains the app’s functions, usage rules, permissions, and privacy safeguards in accordance with Apple App Store review requirements and generally applicable privacy standards.
Create personalized habit tasks and customize the habit name, check-in frequency, target period, and notes. You can manage multiple habits at the same time and adapt them to your own routine.
After completing a habit for the day, tap the check-in button to save the record. The app keeps progress information such as total check-in days and streaks. All check-in records remain only on your device and are not synchronized with or uploaded to any cloud or third-party platform.
View total check-in days, current streaks, and historical check-in details for each habit. Progress is updated locally in real time and can be viewed without an internet connection.
By default, the app follows your device language. You may also switch languages manually. Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and English are currently supported, and changes take effect immediately without restarting the app.
You may enable or disable check-in reminders. When enabled, the app sends habit reminders at the selected times. Notification permission can be disabled at any time in system settings without affecting the app’s core check-in features.
Florara follows the principle of data minimization. It requests only optional permissions needed for core functions. Permissions operate only on the user’s device and are not used to disclose information:
Florara is suitable for the App Store 4+ age rating. It contains no violence, sexual content, gambling, social interaction, purchase inducements, or other content unsuitable for minors. The app does not collect sensitive personal information from minors.
Q1: Can my check-in data be synchronized when I change phones?
A: No. All data is stored only on the original device, and there is no cloud synchronization. Data cannot be transferred automatically to a new device, so please record important information before changing devices.
Q2: Can I still use the app if notifications are disabled?
A: Yes. Notification permission is used only for reminders. Disabling it does not affect habit creation, daily check-ins, progress viewing, or any other core feature.
Q3: Does the app automatically collect my personal information?
A: No. During normal use, Florara does not actively collect identity information, persistent device identifiers, or activity history. Purely technical diagnostic logs may be recorded when the app crashes and are used only to improve stability.
Q4: How can I request deletion of crash-log data?
A: Contact the developer using the email address provided in the app to request deletion of crash logs associated with your device. The request will be processed within three business days.
If you experience a problem, have a suggestion, or have a privacy-related question, contact the developer at:

This Privacy Policy explains how Florara (the “App”) handles information and protects your privacy and data security. It applies to all users of the App. Please read it carefully before using Florara.
Florara is a local-first habit tracker and follows the principles of data minimization, purpose limitation, and transparent processing. User-created content stays on the device. To understand version adoption and activity, diagnose issues, and improve the product, the App processes limited technical analytics and crash-diagnostic data through Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics.
The App handles three distinct categories of information:
The App does not require registration or login and does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, habit or check-in content, notes, user photos, or precise location. Firebase network services may process IP addresses or other network information when transmitting data and deriving approximate-region information, subject to Google/Firebase policies.
Habits, check-in records, notes, garden content, and selected photo backgrounds remain on the device and are not uploaded as Analytics or Crashlytics data.
The App uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, provided by Google. As a data-processing service provider, Google/Firebase may process the technical analytics data, network information, and crash-diagnostic data described above on the App’s behalf.
The App contains no advertising, does not sell data, does not track users across apps or websites, and does not create advertising profiles. The iOS build uses a Firebase Analytics configuration that does not include IDFA collection capability, and advertising-personalization signals are disabled by default. Because the App does not engage in tracking as defined by Apple, it does not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission.
For more information about Firebase/Google data practices, see Firebase Privacy and Security and the Google Privacy Policy.
Florara is a utility app for users of all ages and is suitable for the App Store 4+ age rating. It does not provide social features, advertising, or personal-information-based profiling, and it does not ask children to provide names, email addresses, contacts, or other identity information. Habits, check-ins, notes, garden content, and photo backgrounds created by a child remain on the device; technical analytics and crash-diagnostic data are processed by Firebase as described in this policy.
User content remains only on your device, and its retention depends on how you manage the App’s data, your device, and backups. Technical data sent to Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics is retained and deleted according to the Firebase configuration used by the developer, applicable Google/Firebase retention policies, and applicable law. We do not promise a single fixed retention period for all technical data.
We may revise this policy when App features, Firebase configurations, or legal requirements change. If a change is material, we may notify you through an in-app notice, release notes, or an announcement on the official website. The revised policy takes effect on the effective date displayed on this page.
If you have a question, suggestion, complaint, or data-rights request concerning this Privacy Policy or our privacy practices, contact the developer at:
